We reserve the right to pursue legal action concerning any unauthorized use of any elements of the Services.
We will use our best efforts to ensure the information provided by the Services is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the information is accurate or completely up to date, and we accept no liability for any losses or damages that may arise from relying on this information. The information may change at any time without notice.
6. Registration and Accounts
The Sites may allow or require you to register and create an account in order to allow you to use and to personalize the use of the Content, such as recording materials you have read and storing results of quizzes and exercises you take; an account also will allow you to receive notifications when new Content is published. The access to your account is secured by a username and a password.
You may not communicate your login information with any third party. You are solely responsible for any use of your login information, including by third parties. In case of abuse or any concern about abuse, you must immediately inform the EPFL. It is your responsibility to log out from the Sites at the end of your use.
The e-mail address used to register an account may be used by the EPFL to communicate with you in any case the EPFL would consider useful and at its sole discretion.
The EPFL may block, terminate or suspend your account or ability to use or access the Sites, in whole or in part, without notice and at all time, at the sole discretion of the EPFL.
